Account and Service Data
VPN34 requires no email address to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Email is not required. Account credentials are used for authentication, subscription management, and access control. Do not include personal information unrelated to resolving an issue in your username or support tickets.
Providing a subscription requires us to process plan status, data usage, order records, and support ticket contents. Order records include the selected plan, transaction amount, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers. We use them to activate service, verify payments, handle refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. Data usage is used to calculate your remaining allowance; it is not a record of websites you visit.
When submitting a support ticket, include only the issue, client platform, and necessary order information. Do not include your password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment credentials in a ticket.
Logs and Browsing Privacy
VPN34 follows a no-logs policy: we do not record which websites users access through the service, store browsing content, destinations, or DNS query history, or link accounts to browsing activity.
The service does not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual’s browsing activity, including account-linked connection start and end times or source and destination address details. Temporary session data needed to establish a connection is used only to handle that active connection and is not turned into a browsing history archive.
Account data usage, order status, and website analytics are separate from the connection logs described above. They are used for subscription billing, transaction management, and website improvements, respectively, and should not be interpreted as browsing records. The no-logs policy describes VPN34’s practices; it does not mean third-party websites do not process information they receive.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Analytics on the marketing site help us understand page views, on-site navigation, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and user flows. They are limited to activity on this site and are not used to record visits to other websites over international routes. Do not put account credentials in page addresses or link parameters.
Cookies and local storage maintain necessary session state and save login credentials and language preferences. Treat login credentials stored in your browser as sensitive information. Sign out after using a shared device, and do not copy or send stored data to others.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to sign in again or reset your preferences. This does not delete your server-side account, orders, or support tickets.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
VPN34 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and are also subject to its applicable rules. We receive the transaction result needed to confirm an order and do not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Third-party payment providers may retain their own transaction records; public on-chain transaction records are outside VPN34’s control. Account data is not sold or rented. If disclosure is strictly necessary to meet a valid legal obligation or resolve a transaction dispute, it will be limited to the necessary scope and information actually held by the service.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed for reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. There is no single fixed retention period for all data. When the purpose for processing is complete and there is no valid reason to retain the data, it will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Users can sign in to the dashboard and submit a request through the support ticket portal to access, correct, or delete account-related information. To prevent unauthorized requests, we verify control of the account and explain how deletion may affect subscription use. Information that must be retained by law or for an unresolved transaction will have its use restricted. A deletion request is not a refund request.
Policy Updates and Questions
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Material changes to data use or user rights will be explained through an on-site notice. If a new purpose requires separate consent, simply continuing to browse will not replace the required authorization.
If you have questions about this policy, the scope of data processing, or a deletion request, contact us through a support ticket after signing in. See the Terms of Service for service use and refund rules.
