Service Scope

VPN34 provides access to international routes and subscription management, with coverage in 90+ countries and 250+ routes. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available exit locations, protocols, and client access options are shown in the panel. Coverage does not mean that every route is continuously available, nor does it guarantee access to third-party services.

Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. Accounts, content, and eligibility on third-party websites are determined by their operators; VPN34 does not provide these benefits. See the Privacy Policy for details on account information and data processing.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their passwords and subscription links secure. Access credentials must not be published publicly, used to operate a service for others, or resold. If credentials are exposed, change the password promptly and use the panel to address any risks involving the subscription link.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, provided they are managed by the user. This does not permit sharing an account with others, renting out a subscription, or offering commercial relaying. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts. If unusual connections are detected, stop the relevant activity and submit a support ticket.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; upgrade price differences are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites they access. The service must not be used for fraud, violating others' rights, distributing unlawful content, attacking network systems, stealing data, or sending malicious software.

Users must not interfere with routes or other users through automated abuse, abnormal traffic, or other means. Network acceleration provides connectivity only; it does not replace content authorization, platform permission, or legal advice. Users are responsible for confirming that the content they access and their purpose for using the service are lawful.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on local networks, device settings, international links, maintenance, and the status of the destination service. VPN34 does not guarantee fixed latency or speeds, uninterrupted service, or that third-party platforms will always accept a particular exit location.

If a problem occurs, first check your subscription status, client settings, and local network, then provide the necessary error details through a support ticket. Planned maintenance and significant service changes will be announced on the site or in the panel. VPN34 will make reasonable efforts to address service issues, but does not guarantee users' expected results or decisions made by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where required by law.

Refund Terms

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. No explanation is required. Sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request a refund and provide order details that will help us identify it.

We check only to confirm the account, order, and whether the request falls within the stated period. Do not include passwords, complete subscription links, or sensitive payment credentials in your ticket. The ticket team will confirm the refund status and payment timing; these terms do not promise a fixed processing time. Benefits associated with the refunded service end when the refund is processed.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If the service is used unlawfully, subscriptions are resold or shared, attacks are carried out, or service is seriously disrupted, VPN34 may restrict the relevant connections or terminate account access. Where necessary, protective measures may be taken first, with details provided through the panel. Users who disagree with an action may request a review by submitting a support ticket. Relevant orders and refunds will be handled under the applicable rules.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes affecting service benefits will be explained in a site announcement or panel notice. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights that have already accrued. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to confirm how your current subscription will be handled.
